This exclusively designed apartment is fully furnished (including big fridge, cooking oven and air filter), has separate bathroom with a shower, air-condition, fireplace for BBQ and magnificent sea and complex landscape views.

Interior design of the apartment is done in traditional Bulgarian style using only natural (ecological) materials – wood, stone and marble. Windows frames and finish - breathing, wooden Venetian blinds.

Description of the ETARA Complex

ETARA will be one of the premier sites within the DINEVI-VLAS resort and without doubt, one of the finest apartment complexes on the whole of the Black Sea coast.

ETERA is located on the front sea line, has it own beach and is just 100 meters away from luxury yacht port VLAS. Design of the complex is unique - it combines traditional Bulgarian style with a modern European quality.

ETERA complex has been built to the latest European standards using high quality materials (Spanish tiles, wooden doors, high quality plumbing, and reverse air conditioning).

The complex is named after the famous Bulgarian open-aired art museum of ETARA (which is basically a living village which honors the ancient craftsmanship and architecture of the Bulgarian way of life hundreds of years ago). At the request of the owner, managing company undertakes to find tenants for the apartment. All procedures and necessary payments associated with rent and tenants will be arranged directly by the management company.
